  3. Write a few sentences encouraging yourself that it’s okay to be a mixture of positive and negative.
  4. Write a commitment to taking care of yourself and coaching yourself the way a good parent does for a child, no matter what, with no other option.
  5. Continuously practice keeping these promises to yourself and adding to your honest self-assessment.
