Dr. Muhammad Haqqani, MD - Medical Director
Dr. Haqqani Joined Dallas Behavioral Healthcare Hospital as Medical Director in Feb of 2015. He is chairman of medical executive committee. He is serving North Texas Community as a psychiatrist for last 11 years. Before joining Dallas Behavioral Healthcare Hospital he was Assistant Professor at University Of North Texas Health Science Center, Texas College Of Osteopathic Medicine from 2005-2014. He is a member of American Psychiatric Association and was awarded Fellowship from them. He is Board Certified in Psychiatry from American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
He completed his internship and residency from John Peter Smith Hospital Fort Worth, Texas. He served as chief resident during his final year of residency. After graduating from the residency he worked at JPS hospital for 10 years and served their as medical director of inpatient psychiatric hospital during his last 6 years. His focus is treatment of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, ADHD and chemical dependency. He is committed to delivering quality and compassionate care to the North Texas Community.
Dr. Ayodele Abraham, MD - Outpatient Medical Director
Dr. Ayodele Abraham completed his Adult Psychiatry Residency at Albany Medical Center in Albany, NY in 2005. Dr. Abraham moved to Dallas, TX in 2006. He completed a Fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Texas Southwest Medical Center and Children’s Medical Center in Dallas. Dr. Abraham is Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry. He is also Board Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
Dr. Kusi Fordjour, MD - Director of Medical Services
Dr Fordjour is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He was born in Ghana, West Africa, where he earned his high school diploma. He subsequently moved to the United States for his Bachelor's degree in Chemistry at the Texas Prairie View A&M University. Following his undergraduate education he proceeded to earn his medical degree[M.D.] at the University of Wisconsin Medical School, Madison, WI. He later specialized in Internal Medicine at the East Carolina University School of Medicine.
Dr Fordjour practices both outpatient and hospital medicine. He also does medical consultation at the Dallas Behavioral Healthcare Hospital.
